BomaIC groups can have a maximum of 30 numbers in them in any combination of names and numbers.
Contacts can have up to three voice numbers and two text addresses.
Contacts must include at least one voice number and an email address.
All plans with Auto-Recharge add $25 when account falls below $5.
Customer is responsible for all usage charges.
All usage is billed in advance.
Renewals on plans with Auto-Recharge are at the per minute or per message rates in effect at the time of renewal for the customer's plan.
Billing is in full minute increments
One Broadcast Message is one outbound voice message delivered to one phone number.
Instant Conferences are billed per minute for the inbound call from the subscriber and all outbound calls to Contacts. (For example, a 5 minute call to 3 people would cost 20 Instant Conference Minutes - 1 inbound call from the subscriber plus three outbound calls to Contacts for 5 minutes each (1+3)*5=20.
Pricing plans are subject to change at any time, though once time is purchased through a plan or through an auto-recharge, its pricing remains in effect until those minutes are used up
Minutes do not expire
Any charges imposed by a telephone carriers for the inbound or outbound calls using the Boma system are the sole responsibility of the user.

Boma IC Lite, Boma IC Standard and the Broadcast Message 3 Pack are refundable within 30 days from the date of purchase for any reason.
Customer is responsible for any usage over the initial plan.
One refund per person, no matter how many plans or numbers the person has signed up.
Refunds:
Unused minutes are refundable any time
Any plan can be terminated at any time.
Remaining Minutes or Messages will be refunded on request.
Cancel any time
Cancellations can take up to 48 hours to enter the system.
Customer is responsible for any usage they incur after they cancel their account.
